You might be wondering why there’s a shortage of affordable ultrasound machines.
And if you’re like most people, you may be thinking “I can’t afford it.”
The reason is simple: most people don’t have a choice.
So in an effort to solve the problem, the US Department of Health and Human Services has made a $10,000 rebate for anyone who can afford a $100,000 ultrasound machine.
The Affordable Care Act is intended to help people afford to buy health insurance, and there are now over 2.4 million Americans who are eligible to receive the subsidy.
But in the meantime, the government is also offering incentives for people who are too poor to buy coverage through the Affordable Care Association, the trade group for the industry.
The $10K incentive is the second highest in the world, behind the $10 million in China.
The US Health and Treasury departments say the incentive will be applied to all ultrasound devices from April 1, 2020.
